This policy explains what information Space Mirror ("we", "us") collects and how it is used, across our website spacemirror.world, our Telegram bot @spacemirror_astro_bot, and our publishing tools.
Telegram bot. When you use our bot you may send us your birth date, and optionally birth time and place, to receive a personal reading. We also receive your Telegram user ID and the messages you send to the bot. We use this only to prepare and deliver your readings.
Website. The website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security, kept no longer than 30 days.
To provide readings you request, to reply to you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising profiles.
Space Mirror uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We access only the YouTube channel whose owner authorized our application, and only to upload videos, manage our own videos and channel details, and show which channel is connected. We store only the OAuth access token, encrypted at rest on our server. We do not access, collect or share data of other YouTube users and do not share any YouTube data with third parties.
You can revoke access at any time via Google security settings. When access is revoked, or on request to hello@spacemirror.world, we delete stored tokens within 7 days.
We use TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API only to publish our own videos to our own TikTok account. We store only the access token and do not access other users' data.
Bot data is kept while you use the service. To delete your data, send /delete to the bot or email hello@spacemirror.world; we delete it within 30 days.
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the current version is always at spacemirror.world/privacy.html.
